Destiny 2 Curse of Osiris Beyond Infinity Quest
Since we’ve now resurrected Sagira, thanks to completing A Deadly Trial, we can now access the Infinite Forest. This is done by starting the Beyond Infinity quest. Below I will help show you how to complete the Destiny 2 Curse of Osiris Beyond Infinity quest. Keep in mind as well that the Beyond Infinity Quest is a bit longer than previous quests up to this point, so be prepared.
Reflections of Osiris

- With the mission active, make your way through The Gateway to start this quest.

- When you reach far enough into the opening area, you will start to see projections of Osiris. They will feed plot to you as well as guide your way.

- When you reach the end of the opening area, you will see a number of projections of Osiris.

- After completing the opening area, you will gain access to the Infinite Forest.
The beginning of this quest plays out similar to the Dark Forest in that you essentially do no combat and instead gather story information by listening to Osiris reflections. To start the Beyond Infinity quest, walkthrough The Gateway on Mercury (you may need to trigger the flag if you closed out after the last mission). All you need to do in this area is follow the linear path forward and listen to Osiris’s many reflections throughout the area. Eventually you will reach the end of the area and gain access to the Infinite Forest.
Infinite Forest

- This is a gate. Activate it to bring up the next section of the Infinite Forest.

- Each section of the Infinite Forest features a number of enemies to defeat.

- Entering the second tower after completing the first Infinite Forest section.
The Infinite Forest is essentially just a number of encounters with layouts that build on to one another. If this doesn’t make sense, just imagine it as a lego build that continues to add pieces to grow in length horizontally. I won’t go into much more detail about the Infinite Forest, as all you need to do for the story is defeat enemies and trigger gates in multiple sections until you reach the next tower. Note that you will know when a section gate unlockable by the text Forest pathway cleared appearing above your ability icons. Also keep in mind that each new section of the Infinite Forest features more, and harder enemies. Complete the first Infinite Forest Sequence to reach the second tower and more Osiris story.
Second Tower
What Mercury was like before the Vex ruined everything. #FeelsBadMan
In the second tower, all you need to do is listen to Osiris speak about Mercury and the Vex, and then enter the portal he creates. This will lead you into the second Infinite Forest sequence (see Infinite Forest above). Upon completing the second Infinite Forest Sequence, you will arrive at the third and final tower.
Third Tower
This is the final tower you will enter on this quest. Here we meet the real Osiris. While speaking to us, we get attacked by Panoptes, and the simulation we are in becomes unstable. Leave through the portal Osiris creates and exit the Infinite Forest. This concludes the quest. Speak with Ikora at The Tower to receive a Legendary weapon and begin the next quest, “Deep Storage” on IO.
