Fahrenheit 451 Trailer Drops
Coming hot off the success of Black Panther, Michael B. Jordan is taking his acting skills to HBO in the upcoming film adaptation of Ray Bradbury’s Fahrenheit 451. Today we got a chance to see Jordan in the role of Guy Montag as the first Fahrenheit 451 trailer was released.

Written back in 1953, Fahrenheit 451 tells the story of Guy Montag, a “fireman” who is tasked with burning all books in existence (since books are outlawed). Like the novel, the HBO film presents a similar story, with Jordan’s Montag working under Captain Beatty (Michael Shannon) as they attempt to destroy “News, facts, memoirs, internet of old”. As Montag gets deeper into his work, he begins to question his role in censorship and oppression of thought.
Alongside Jordan and Shannon, the film stars Sofia Boutella, Laura Harrier and Lilly Singh. Fahrenheit 451 was directed by Ramin Bahrani and will debut on HBO in May.
