How to Get the Free Rust Bucket Back Bling Item This Weekend – Fortnite Battle Royale
It’s been a rather interesting week for Fortnite Battle Royale. On Wednesday, Epic Games released a new patch that added the likes of the Port-A-Fort grenade to the popular battle royale game. This update ended up causing a number of issues for Fortnite, and ultimately led to hours of downtime between Wednesday/Thursday. With the weekend finally upon us, Fortnite is back online and players are being given a couple of free items for their patience. Below I will show you how to get the free Rust Bucket Back Bling item that’s available on Fortnite Battle Royale this weekend. Note: Rust Bucket is free for a limited time.
Launch Fortnite Battle Royale and Access the Item Store
Since there are two available free items to grab you need to launch Fortnite Battle Royale to get the free Back Bling this weekend. Once you’ve launched Fortnite BR, make your way to the Item Shop in the top menu.
Select the Item from The Item Shop
Inside the Item Shop you will see the Rust Bucket Back Bling item in the Daily Items slot. Select the Rust Bucket and then select the purchase option. Once the Rust Bucket is purchased it will appear inside your locker. Go to your Locker if you want to equip the free Back Bling on your character.
