Everything Announced at Bethesda E3 2018 Conference
With Microsoft out of the way, Bethesda is next on the docket to hold their “BE3” event, which is basically where they show off new games and a ton of Skyrim ports. To keep you in the loop with everything shown, I’ve put together this everything announced at Bethesda E3 2018 conference list. Let’s get started.
Bethesda E3 2018 Game Announcements
- Pete Hines: Settle in there are a ton of surprises in store.
- Theme is create (not Bethesdaland this year).
- Mentioned the #1 Rank Publisher score from Metacritic.
- Rage 2 – Started with an Andrew W.K. performance for some reason (kept asking if we were ready to rage and ready to die).
- is playable at the booth.
- trailer and gameplay shown.
- Developed by Avalanche Studios.
- Release Date: Spring 2019
- Elder Scrolls Legends. Will be available later this year on Switch, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.
- A quick look at what’s on the horizon for Legends.
- Elder Scrolls Online – Named MMO of the year, 11 Million players, and content coming regularly.
- Murkmire DLC coming later this year.
- Werewolf DLC also coming.
- Doom Eternal teaser shown – this is a sequel to Doom.
- Doom Eternal will be shown off at Quakecon.
- Quake Champions – investing in the competitive side of Quake.
- Trial this week allows you to get into the game for free.
- New trailer for Quake Champions.
- Prey – new modes are coming to the game.
- New DLC called Moon Crash shown off in trailer. Takes place inside some type of simulation which creates unique levels each run.
- Moon Crash DLC is available now.
- Typhon Hunter DLC will introduce multiplayer to Prey. Will feature VR support.
- The Nintendo Switch is gettingWolfenstein II New Colossus.
- Wolfenstein Youngblood is a new title which will be coop and features BJ’s twin daughters 10 years after WIINC.
- Wolfenstein Cyberpilot is a VR standalone title.
- Fallout 76 -4 times the size of Fallout 4. Showed the same trailer from the Microsoft conference.
- Followed up the trailer with some gameplay.
- Fallout 76 world features all new lighting and rendering technology to make the world 16x more detailed.
- Entirely online. Meaning Fallout 76 is like a pseudo mmo. Dozen other players on a server.
- Drop in and play with your friends.
- Video showing off the multiplayer.
- Video showing off building which can now be done anywhere (and moved).
- Nukes will be scattered around the map to be used at players discretion.
- There will be a beta. You can sign up for the beta at https://bethesda.net/.
- Release Date: November 14, 2018.
- Fallout Shelter is coming to the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. Coming out tonight.
- The Elder Scrolls Blade is a new mobile game. At its heart, “a pure elder scrolls experience.”
- Several modes of play: Abyss, Arena, Town.
- Will be coming to every possible console they can make happen including VR.
- Blades will release in the fall of 2018. Sign up for early access at https://bethesda.net/.
- New franchise out of Bethesda called Starfield. Super quick teaser on this.
- Ended on a super quick teaser for Elder Scrolls VI.
