How to Get the Dancing Dragon Mask in Sekiro Shadows Die Twice

What you Need to Buy all Fragments:
- 24 Treasure Carp Scales.
- 5000 sen.
Purchase Mask Fragment: Right from Pot Noble Harunga (12 Scales)

Located on a small island just before the entrance to the Hirata Estate is the Pot Noble named Harunga. This merchant accepts Treasure Carp Scales in exchange for items. One of the items this merchant sells is the Mask Fragment: Right which costs 12 Treasure Carp Scales to purchase. Buy this fragment when you have the necessary Treasure Carp Scales.
If you complete the Great Colored Carp quest before purchasing the mask fragment, you will need to visit whichever merchant turns into the carp. They will have both inventories available.
Purchase Mask Fragment: Dragon from Dungeon Memorial Mob (5000 sen)
Our next stop is the Dungeon Memorial Mob merchant who is located just right of the Abandoned Dungeon Entrance Sculptor’s Idol in the Ashina Castle area. Once you have the 5000 sen needed to buy the Mask Fragment: Dragon, make you way to this merchant and purchase it.

The final piece of the Dancing Dragon Mask is held by Pot Noble Harunga who is located in the Fountainhead Palace area. At this merchant you can purchase the Mask Fragment: Left for 12 scales. Once you have all three fragments purchased you will receive the Dancing Dragon Mask.

What Does the Dancing Dragon Mask Do?
The Dancing Dragon Mask will become whole in your inventory after you acquire all three of the pieces listed above. Once this happens you will receive the Dancing Dragon Mask in your Key Items tab of the inventory. The mask has the following description:
“A dragon’s head dancing mask, made whole by piecing the fragments back together. Grants the ability to exchange Skill Points for Attack Power in the Sculptor’s Idol menu. The Okami warrior women would wear this to the Fountainhead Palace. There, they would dance as an offering for the dragon. Mysteriously, the ritual left them brimming with vigor.”
At 5 Skill Points you can interact with a Sculptor’s Idol to have those skills made into 1 Attack Power. The option is Enhance Attack Power (Skill Points) on the idol menu.
