How to Access Borderlands 2 Commander Lilith & the Fight for Sanctuary DLC

At E3, Gearbox announced a new DLC for Borderlands 2 called Commander Lilith & the Fight for Sanctuary. The Commander Lilith & the Fight for Sanctuary DLC is intended to bridge the story gap between Borderlands 2 and Borderlands 3. How to Access Borderlands 2 Commander Lilith & the Fight for Sanctuary DLC

Before you can do anything with the new DLC for Borderlands 2 you need to first install it. This DLC is free for players to pick up from their store of choosing. Here are some links:

Once you’ve found the Commander Lilith & the Fight for Sanctuary DLC from the store of your choosing, you will need to download it. The DLC comes in at about 2.5 GB.

Have a Boosted or Non-Boosted Level 30 or Above Character

To access the DLC you have a couple of options available for you. If you do not have a character that is at least level 30, you can create a boosted character to play the new DLC content. This can be done via the character screen on the main menu. Upon creation of the booster character you can start the game and jump right into the DLC by accessing a Fast Travel station.

Access DLC From Fast Travel Station

Accessing the DLC with a Boosted and Non Boosted character can be done at any Fast Travel station. Simply select the Fight For Sanctuary location that will appear among the Fast Travel Locations. This will take you to Sanctuary and the start of the Lilith & the Fight for Sanctuary DLC.

Once you reach Sanctuary you will warned about the spoilery nature of the DLC. If you are ready to start, go inside the door in front of you. This starts the DLC. Good luck!
