How to Get the Hector’s Paradise Legendary in Commander Lilith & the Fight for Sanctuary DLC
Commander Lilith & the Fight for Sanctuary DLC is a new story addition to Borderlands 2 which bridges the gap between BL2 and the upcoming BL2. In the Commander Lilith & the Fight for Sanctuary DLC there are a number of new weapons including a Legendary called Hector’s Paradise. Below I will show you how to get the Hector’s Paradise Legendary for yourself.
Reach Chapter 5 and the Mt. Scarab Research Center
To reach the side quest that gives the Hector’s Paradise you need to advance the main story of the DLC to Chapter 5, The Cost of Progress. During this chapter you are tasked with taking a vial of Mordecai’s blood to Cassius. Start the chapter and make your way through the Dahl Mine and into the Mt. Scarab Research Center.
Find Colonel Hector’s ECHO on a Corpse
Once you reach the Mt. Scarab Research Center, make your way inside until you reach a room that has stairs leading down on your left and a doorway leading into the next room. You should see a quest marker pop up on your minimap at this point. Go down the stairs and interact with the Echo on the corpse to start the Echoes of the Past side mission.
Collect 3 Echoes in the Mt. Scarab Research Center
To complete the Echoes of the Past side mission you will need to collect a total of 3 echoes. These echoes are all deeper inside the center. You will easily collect them as you continue the main quest. If not here’s where you can find them:
- In Test Candidate Detention room there is cell beside where you drop down. Clear the enemies and the cell will open.
- Hanging over a large meat grinder in the Experimentation Room. Jump up to the corpse to grab the ECHO.
- Can be found on a walkway that is visible through the Observation Deck’s multiple windows. Go up the stairs and you will see a ladder leading down to the walkway.
Once you have all 3 echoes collected, you will be able to turn in the mission.
Turn in Mission to Get Hector’s Paradise
Once you’ve collected all the echoes you will be prompted to turn in the mission this can be done inside a room (halfway up the stairs leading to echo 3 in the Observation Room) with a safe in it. Melee the safe then turn in the mission. Your reward is the Legendary Hector’s Paradise pistol.
