Ballonlea Gym Answers in Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield

The fifth gym in Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield can be found in Ballonlea. Like other Gym Challenges you need to complete a Gym Mission first in order to progress to the Gym Leader. During the Ballonlea Gym Mission you will be asked different questions. Answering a question right raises your Pokemon’s stats, while answering incorrectly lowers them. Fairy Gym Question Answers in Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield

The format for this Gym Mission is fairly straightforwards. You will enter a room and will face off against different trainers on a stage. During the battle with the trainers you will be asked questions. Complete all three battles to advance to the Gym Leader. The answers for each interaction are listed below in chronological question order.

Q: Do you know about Fairy type’s weaknesses?

A: Poison type.

Q: What was the previous Trainer’s name?

A: Annette (spelling is important).

Q: What do I eat for breakfast every morning?

A: Trick question. Both answers result in lowered stats.

Once you’ve answered the questions above and completed the fights you will advance to the Gym Leader Battle.

Fairy Gym Leader Battle Answers in Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield

Like the Gym Mission the Gym Leader will ask you questions during your battle with her. These are the answers to the Gym Leader’s questions.

Q: Do you know my nickname?

A: The wizard.

Q: What is my favorite color?

A: Purple.

Q: How old am I?

A: 16 years old.
