Change Clothing in Watch Dogs Legion
Before you can start changing the clothing your operative wears you need to first advance the story two story missions: Westminster Operation and Restart DedSec. During the second mission, Restart DedSec you will access a safehouse. Inside of the safehouse you will gain access to the DedSec shop. The DedSec shop provides a few services for players.

Wardrobe (Equip Clothing Items)

To change clothing you will want to access the Wardrobe tab. Here you will find a list of various clothing items you can change on your operative. These items come from a variety of sources including pre-order bonuses, in-game purchases, Connect rewards, and DLC. When you receive an item from any of these sources you will find them in your Wardrobe under the clothing type.
