In Watch Dogs Legion you will encounter a wide variety of vehicles you can use to traverse London. Many of these vehicles are out in the open world, but some are accessible as added perks from operatives you recruit. These operative owned vehicles can be customized to change the look of them. Vehicle Customization in Watch Dogs Legion
To customize vehicles in Watch Dogs Legion you need to first have a recruit that has a vehicle as one of their perks. This is necessary to gain access to the customization menu. If you don’t have an operative with a car you will be unable to change anything. To get an operative with a car look for a Secret Agent or Entertainer as they have a car or motorcycle by default.
Once you have an operative that has a car as one of their perks head into the Team Menu. Select the agent that possess the vehicle and select edit. Once you are on the edit screen highlight their car and select Change Paint Job. This will take you to the vehicle customization screen where you can change the color of their car. Changing color is all you can do in terms of customization. If you do customize a car you will unlock the Re-Wrap My Whip achievement.
