As you upgrade your weapons in Chronos Before the Ashes you will encounter a material called Rare Dragon Shard. This material can be found in later worlds, but you can also make it early. To help you learn how to make Rare Dragon Shard item we’ve put together the simple guide below.
Combined Dragon Oil and Dragon Shard
Making this upgrade material is fairly easy to do. All you need to do is find Dragon Oil and Dragon Shards. The Dragon Oil can be found as a rare enemy drop or inside Dragon Inscribed Boxes that you need to open. Inside these boxes there is a chance you get the Dragon Oil Material. The Dragon Shard material is easier to find as it a far more common drop from both boxes and enemy kills.
Once you have both of the items listed above open your inventory and select items. Highlight either the Dragon Shard or Dragon Oil and hit the combine button. Combined the item with the Dragon Shard or Dragon Oil (depending which you selected). Out of this combination you will get the Rare Dragon Shard upgrade material.
