Is There NG+ in Cyberpunk 2077
The action-RPG Cyberpunk 2077 features a ton of stuff for players to see and do in Night City. These activities range from the game’s main story to side-quests, gigs, and simple exploration and discovery. Like other RPGs you may be wondering is there NG+ in Cyberpunk 2077. We have the answer for you below and it is a bit disappointing.
There is No New Game Plus in Cyberpunk 2077
Given the way Cyberpunk 2077 ends there is currently no New Game + mode for players to unlock. When a player completes the game they are met with credits and the screen shown above. This screen says the following:
“Congrats. You’ve completed the main storyline of Cyberpunk 2077. But remember that Night City never sleeps – there’s still so much to see and do. You can continue from your last open world checkpoint where you will have a special reward waiting for you. Would you like to keep playing?”
This design decision is in-line with other game’s of the genre. With that said CDProjecktRed has added new game plus to their previous games through DLC, so I could see it being added in the future. With so much to see and do in Cyberpunk 2077 there isn’t much of a need for NG+ at this point.
