A Desperate Bounty – Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Guide
In the tutorial area of Rygjafylke in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla you will find a number of World Events you can complete. These World Events are short little quests that reward you with materials or silver when finished. One of the World Events you will encounter in this area is called A Desperate Bounty. This World Event tasks you ‘saving’ a Jarl who has been kidnapped. To complete this World Event use our guide below.
Where to Find A Desperate Bounty
The A Desperate Bounty event can be found along the path leading to the north out of the Haervik Shipyard. Along this path you will encounter a character named Hrorek. Hrorek will call out to you as you approach. When you speak to Hrorek he will tell you his Jarl has been kidnapped and is being held nearby. This will start the World Event.
How to Complete A Desperate Bounty
After you speak to Hrorek he will start riding along the path to the north. Follow Hrorek until you reach the ambush location. At this area you will be attacked by a number of enemies. Defeat all the enemies here then talk to Hrorek. Hrorek lured you into a trap to save himself. With that said Eivor will spare him and the World Event and interaction will end. Completing this World Event will earn you some XP, Silver and +1 Rygjafylke Mysteries. You should also loot the nearby corpses for more materials and rewards to add to your haul from this event.
