In between hunting these great beasts, hunters will return to Astera with plenty of materials to spend on shiny new gear and consumables. To help you cut right the core of monster hunting (getting sweet stuff), we’ve thrown together some big lists of all the Monster Hunter World materials out there. Ancient Forest
Gatherable Materials
Mining Outcrops in the Ancient Forest can be mined for materials.
Small Monsters Materials
The Aptonoth is one of the small monsters you will find in the Ancient Forest. Kill them for materials.
Big Monsters Materials
The Tobi-Kadachi is one of the big monsters you will find in Monster Hunter: World.
Wildspire Waste
Gatherable Materials
The Might Seed is a gatherable material found in the Wildspire Waste.
Small Monsters Materials
The Noios are smaller monsters you can hunt in the Wildspire Waste area.
Big Monsters Materials
The Barroth can be found in the Wildspire Wastes. The materials it produces can be found below.
Coral Highlands
Gatherable Materials
The Adamant See can gathered in the Coral Highlands.
Small Monsters Materials
The Kelbi can be found in both the Wildspire Waste and Coral Highlands. These creatures can be killed for materials.
Big Monsters Materials
Paolumu is located in the Coral Headlands. Don’t let it’s cuteness fool you, kill it for materials.
Rotten Vale
Gatherable Materials
The Rotten Vale is home to a number of gatherable items. Some area specific finds include Ancient Fossils.
Small Monsters Materials
Girros can be located in the Rotten Vale. Like everything on this list, they should all be destroyed.
Big Monsters Materials
Radobaan is one of the big monsters you will find in the Rotten Vale.
Elder’s Recess
Gatherable Materials
Amber deposits can be found in the Elder’s Recess.
