Fall Guys Season 2 Release Date Announced

Back in August, Mediatonic showed players a brief look at the upcoming Season 2 of their popular bean-royale game Fall Guys. This short teaser highlighted the medieval theme of the new season which features new costumes and mini-games for players to complete during the game show. Besides these revelations what was missing from the teaser was a release date. Now, thanks to the magic of social media we now know the Fall Guys Season 2 release date, and it is just around the corner.

Fall Guys Season 2 is Releasing on October 8th

The reveal of the Season 2 release date cam thanks to the official Fall Guys Twitter account. In the tweet published on October 2nd Fall Guys had this to say:

Announcing dates always feels like you’re cursing things, but it’s Halloween month, so let’s get cursed!

Season 2 launches on Thursday 8th October

Season 1 will now end as Season 2 begins and we’re going to DOUBLE fame points during this time!

Fall Guys Twitter Account

The tweet reveals that the Fall Guys Season 2 will start on Thursday October 8th. Leading up to the launch of the new season players will earn double fame points. These points are used to level up the season pass. If you need to grind out for items and Season Pass crowns the doubling of these points should help you speed up the process.

Also announced alongside the Season 2 release date was a YouTube Gaming celebration of the event on October 9th. This celebration features a creator battle at 11 AM PT in which teams of two will battle it out for a chance to earn $100,000 for UNICEF. This event can be viewed at https://www.youtube.com/fallguys.
