Farming Simulator 17 Has a New Animal Trailer

Farming Simulator 17 has been showing off bits and pieces of game play to fans all over the world, and the most recent trailer shows off tending to animals. Showing mainly pigs, the new trailer highlights how players will be able to take care of and earn a profit from their livestock. Animals players can expect to manage come October 25th, include pigs (new to the series), cows, sheep, and chicks.

Like all living things, animals require food and water. Players will need to provide these in order for the animals to produce byproducts (milk from cows, wool from sheep, bacon from pigs). The new footage shows how players will handle providing food and water to their livestock. Players will be able to haul food and fodder to their animals pens, then use various machinery to deliver the base portion of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. Animals can moved around using large trailers. This means any of those pesky pigs can be shipped off, so that you as a farmer can make some much needed coin.

As mentioned above, players can begin to cultivate their animal husbandry skills on October 25th on Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
