Gunslingers Guide: Where to find the Four Gunslingers in Red Dead Redemption 2

In the second saloon of Valentine you will meet a writer named Calloway. Calloway will ask you if you want to track down a group of Gunslingers. Accepting this quest will start The Noblest of Men, and a Woman. What you need to do to complete this quest is to photograph each gunslinger and then kill them. Speak with Calloway in Valentine Saloon

Keane's Saloon is the start of the Gunslinger questline.

To start the Gunslinger mission, visit Keane’s Saloon in Valentine.

To start this mission, speak with Calloway in Valentine’s Keane’s Saloon. When you speak with Calloway he will ask you to hunt down four famous Gunslingers throughout the world. When you hunt them down, Calloway wants you to kill them and then take a picture of them. The four Gunslingers you need to find are:

Emmet Granger.
Billy Midnight.
Black Belle.
Flaco Hernandez.
Slim Grant (final Gunslinger).

To start Calloway will give you photos of the first four: Emmet Granger, Billy Midnight, Black Belle, and Flaco Hernandez. These photos can be viewed and the locations of the Gunslinger will be marked on your map. Once you’ve killed all four, Calloway will give you a picture of Slim Grant. Let’s take a closer look at each Gunslinger below.

Important: Most of the Gunslingers have a unique weapon they will drop upon death. You want to pick these up when you’ve killed them. If you don’t there is no other way of getting these weapons in the game.

Emmet Granger Location

: Look at the picture of Emmet Granger to have his last location marked on the map.

: You will find Emmet Granger by the Flatiron Station.

The first target we will track down is Emmet Granger. Granger can be found near Flat Iron Lake. The exact location of EG is east of Flatneck Station. Make your way to Granger and speak with him. Granger will put you to work on the hog farm, which means you will need to clean up four piles of hog crap by putting them in a wheelbarrow. Once you’ve completed this task you will antagonize Emmet Granger by destroying his manure pile with dynamite. to draw. Kill Emmet and photograph his body. Pick up Granger’s Revolver to add it to your inventory.

Billy Midnight Location

: Inspect the Billy Midnight picture to have his last location added to your map.

: Billy Midnight was last seen at the Train Station in Rhodes. Go there and speak with the Station Clerk.

The next target we will hunt down is Billy Midnight. Billy Midnight was last seen at the train station in Rhodes (you get this information by checking out the photo of Billy Midnight). When you arrive at the train station you will need to speak with the Station Clerk – Alden and ask about Billy Midnight. Alden will mention that Billy Midnight is probably on the train coming into the station. Wait for the train to stop and search it for Billy Midnight. You will find Billy Midnight in the car with the Bar.

When you speak with Billy he will immediately become agitated and will run. You need to chase him through the train. When you catch up to Billy you will be put into a duel scenario. Kill Billy and photograph his body. Be sure to grab Midnight’s Pistol before jumping off the train.

Black Belle Location

: Take a look at the Black Belle picture to have her most recent location added to your map.

: You will find Black Belle in the Bluewater Marsh.

The third target we will take out is Black Belle. You can find Black Belle in Bluewater Marsh (which is north of Saint Denis) in a shack. When you approach the shack, there will be a brief cutscene. During the cutscene, a number of Bounty Hunters will appear to attack Black Belle. You need to help protect her shack. Once you’ve done this, Black Belle will go to leave. During this scene Arthur will ask for a picture. Take the picture to complete this mission.

Flaco Hernandez Location

: Investigate the picture of Flaco Hernandez to see his location on your map.

: You will find Hernandez in the lodge near Cairn Lake.

The last target of the four is Flaco Hernandez. Flaco Hernandez is hiding in the Grizzly Mountains near Cairn Lake. Make your way to the location marked on the map above. Since Hernandez is setup in the Grizzly Mountains, you will want to pack some warm clothing. You also want to make sure you have a full arsenal of weapons and ammo with you as you will be taking out Hernandez and his gang. Once you kill the gang members outside the shack, go to the shack to find Hernandez. Take him out, take a picture of him and grab Flaco’s Revolver.

Return to Calloway

: You will find Calloway in the ship in Saint Denis.

: When you speak with Calloway he will tell you to get Slim Grant.

Now that we’ve found all four of the gunslingers, it is time to return to Calloway. Unfortunately for us, Calloway is no longer found on the map. There’s no need to panic over this as the final section of this mission is unlocked in the middle Chapter 5. Once you’ve reached Chapter 5 an icon will appear at the Saloon. Return to the Saloon in Valentine and speak to the bartender. The bartender will send you to the Grand Korrigan riverboat in Saint Denis. At the location mentioned by the bartender, speak with Calloway to get the final gunslinger, Slim Grant.

Slim Grant Location

: To learn the location of Slim Grant speak with the Sheriff in Annesburg.

: After you’ve freed Slim Grant, take him to this location for the final duel.

The final Gunslinger, Slim Grant, can be found after visiting the Sheriff in Annesburg and then visiting an outlaw camp called Beaver Hollows to the west of Annesburg. Clear the camp of bandits and untie Slim Grant. Take Slim Grant to Brandywine Drop. Here you will witness the final “duel” of the Gunslinger questline. Calloway will want to duel you. Kill Calloway and take Calloway’s Revolver. This concludes The Noblest of Men, and a Woman questline.
