Hazardous Waste Landfill – Carrion Guide and Walkthrough
The Hazardous Waste Landfill is a sub-level you will find beneath the Military Junkyard in Carrion. This level in inaccessible until you complete the Uranium Mines and unlock the ability to smash wood. Once you have this ability you will need to backtrack through the Military Junkyard to the area beneath the third hive. In this area you can break wood to reach the Hazardous Waste Landfill. Hazardous Waste Landfill Guide
Head to the right when you first enter the Hazardous Waste Landfill to reach the level’s exit. This level is fairly short as there is only one Hive you need to complete to open the exit (since it technically counts as a part of the Military Junkyard).

From the level exit head down and through the pipe in the water to enter a new room. Inside this new room head through the pipe in the ceiling leading to the right. If you are the small monster you can use your cobweb ability to trigger the switch below you. If you are the big monster you will need to shed some biomass. To do this go through the pipe leading down and drop biomass in the pool there. Return to the location above and flip the switch. Head back through the pool grab any biomass you deposited and go through the open gate to the red light door on the right. Hit the wood out of the way to reach the first Hive.
Once the Hive is created a new path leading up will appear. Go up this path into the room above. In this room there are two shielded enemies you need to take out next to a pipe above. You have a few options of doing this but the easiest way imo is to hit them with either the ceiling grate or door then eat them. Regardless of how to approach this room take out both enemies then head through the door in the middle of the room to reach an optional ability. Return to the previous room and head through the pipe on the left wall to get back to the exit. Go through the exit to reach a new section of the Frontier.
