How to Access Fallout 76 DLC Items
The newest addition to the Fallout universe, Fallout 76, is finally out. If you preordered/purchased the Tricentennial Edition of the game you are owed some bonus items. To show you how to get at these items, use our how to access Fallout 76 DLC items guide below. Guide Status: Updating.
How to Equip the Tricentennial Weapon Customization?
Alongside the Power Armor Customization is some weapon customization. There are Tricentennial Weapon Customizations for the 10MM Pistol, Hatchet, and Laser Rifle. You can equip these customization at a Weapon’s Workbench (Overseer’s Camp has one early). At the workbench, switch to modify and select any of the above mentioned weapons (if you have one in your inventory). Select the weapon and go to standard paint, you will see Tricentennial Paint as an option. It costs 2 Oil to make.
Where is the Spectacularly Handsome Vault Boy Mascot Head?
Sometimes you just want to run around a wasteland with a giant Vault Boy Mascot Head and the Tricentennial Edition allows you to do just that. To equip this item you need to access a Armor Workbench station (Overseer’s Camp has one early). Under Headwear you will find the recipe to craft the Patriotic Vault Boy Mask. It costs 2 Wood to build.
Where to find the Patriotic Uncle Sam Outfit?
Like the Spectacularly Handsome Vault Boy Mascot Head, the Uncle Sam outfits let you show your patriotism out in the wasteland. To equip these items, make your way to an Armor Workbench (Overseer’s Camp has one early). Under the Outfits tag you will see options for two suits:
- American Patriot Suit (5 Cloth).
- Worn American Patriot Suit (5 Cloth).
There are also two hats to go with the two suits above (can be found under the Headwear menu):
- American Patriot Hat (3 Cloth).
- Worn American Patriot Hat (3 Cloth).
Once crafted you can equip these cosmetic items from your Pip-Boy under the Item > Apparel tab.
How to Use the Tricentennial Commemorative Photo Frame?
In Fallout 76 there is a photo mode. In this photo mode you can take pictures and add frames to them. One of the frames the Tricentennial Edition owners get is the Tricentennial Commemorative Photo Frame. To use this frame access the Photo Mode (Start > Menu > Photo Mode). Once on Photo Mode, scroll right to reach the frame icon (L1/R1). Scroll down to frame and toggle it until you reach The Tricentennial. This will equip the grame and apply it to any photos you take.
More to come.
