In The Dark Pictures: Man of Medan there are multiple game types for players to playthrough. These game types include singleplayer and multiplayer options. One game mode is geared around giving single players a different perspective on the story. This game mode is called Curator’s Cut. Here’s how to unlock Curator’s Cut in The Dark Pictures: Man of Medan.

Have Preordered the Game

Unfortunately for many the Curator’s Cut is locked behind preorders at the moment. To access this mode you need to have preordered the game. With that said they have stated the mode will come to all players later.

Complete a Theatrical Cut Playthrough

If you preordered the game you can access the Curator’s Cut by completing a full Theatrical Cut run of the game (see guide here). Once you’ve completed a Theatrical Cut run the new Curator’s Cut will unlock.

What Changes in the Curator’s Cut?

The Curator’s Cut changes your perspective for most of the chapters. For example on a chapter like The Duke you play as Alex not Brady. This alteration of perspective helps you to see things and visit places you may normally not be able to in a Theatrical Cut playthrough.
