How to Unlock the Stealth Branch in The Last of Us 2
To improve Ellie you will need to purchase Player Upgrades for her. Many of these upgrades are locked off and require finding specific books to unlock. One branch you may be interested in unlocking is the Stealth Branch. With this Player Upgrade branch unlocked players can improve abilities like crafting silencers, better listen mode, and faster stealth kills. Where to Find the Stealth Issue of Last Round
To find the stealth issue of the Last Round magazine you need to play the story until you reach Downtown Seattle. Once you are at Downtown Seattle you will need to find gas from the Courthouse. After you get the gas from the Courthouse you will be able to turn on a generator that allows you to reach the WLF building.
Inside the WLF building on the ground floor there is a door on the right side of the lobby with a bar keeping it shut. Since the glass on the door is shattered Ellie can reach through and remove the bar. After the bar is moved you are able to go through the door. In this next room head up the stairs and go into the first bedroom next to the corpse. On the dresser in this bedroom is the Last Round Stealth Branch unlock.
