This boss is an elite soldier under the employ of the Arasaka company. When you fight Oda you will be presented with a choice at the end of the fight. What Happens if You Kill Oda?

The alternative choice to killing Oda is to let him live. This choice is the one you should make as it leads to an interesting appearance in the Hanako’s Offer ending. When you arrive in the Arasaka Tower: Jungle area Oda will be with the security detail there. There is a brief exchange between him and V. After the exchange and the boardroom meeting Oda will help you battle the attackers that appear. This makes the segment slightly easier than if you go it alone.
