Mondstadters in Liyue Guide – Genshin Impact
Mondstadters in Liyue is a special Lantern Rite Tale for players to complete during the Lantern Rite event in Genshin Impact. Mondstadters in Liyue Walkthrough
Once you start this Lantern Rite Tale make your way to the Wanmins Restaurant in Liyue Harbor. At this location you will encounter two NPCs named Freki and Geri. Both of these characters are from Mondstadt. They are at Liyue Harbor to celebrate the Lantern Rite. They will ask you to complete a few tasks for them. Completing these tasks will complete the mission.
Give a Xiao Lantern to Freki
The first step of this quest is fairly simple. All you need to do is craft and give a Xiao Lantern to Freki. If you’ve played up to this point of the Lantern Rite you should have a general idea of how to make Xiao Lanterns. If not here’s a quick refresher:
- Lantern Fiber x1.
- Wick Material x1.
- Plaustrite Shard x1.
- Mora x50.
Once you have the material above combined it at a workbench to make a Xiao Lantern. Take the lantern and give it to Freki to complete this quest step.
Give a set of Dandelions Seeds to Freki
After you’ve given the Xiao Lantern to Freki you will learn they are homesick. To help make them feel better bring them a set of Dandelions Seeds. To find Dandelions Seeds make your way to Mondstadt and head out the front gate. Using an Anemo user attack the Dandelion Plants around the city walls to get them to drop seeds. Collect 1x Dandelion Seed and then return to Freki and give it to her.
Find Somewhere to Scatter the Dandelions Seeds
Once you give the seeds Freki will have one more request for you. This request is to find somewhere to scatter the dandelions seeds. On your map you will see the general area you need to search. To cut right to it the location you need to scatter the seeds is on top of the Adventurers’ Guild building. Here you will see a glowing spot at the very top. Scatter the seeds at this location to complete this objective.
Return to Freki down below and speak to her once more. With the seeds spread you will have completed the final request from her. After a short interaction you will finish the quest. For your efforts you will receive Primogems, Festive Fever, and Mora.
