Mothlight Guide

The Porcelain Shrine

Mothlight Guide

The first room you enter in The Porcelain Shrine features both an enemy and a speaker. Interact with the speaker if you want some lore for the area and fight the enemy for gold. Grab the save point to the right and continue heading right into the next room.

In the second room, make your way through the black water past the enemies and up to the exit on the left side of the screen. Open the chest here to receive another Dreg Herb and make your way down into the next room. In this room interact with the two mountain looking things to reveal a path. Follow the path to get to the boss of this area.

Boss: The Holy Choir

Of all the bosses you’ve faced so far, The Holy Choir will easily be the hardest you’ve. The reason for this is that The Holy Choir deals high damage and has high health. Your best bet is to stock up on health, and upgrade your equipment before taking on this fight. Beating The Holy Choir nets you 15 Coins and Dregs of the Holy Choir. Once you’ve defeated The Holy Choir, interact with the pile that appears. You’ll receive: Augus Cleric Robes, Augus Cleric Staff, Augus Cleric Appearance, and Gospel Scroll. Head back to the Crossroads we done here.

    • enricofairme says:

Yeah. You don’t level up. You level up via changing weapons, armor, and using health upgrades (the boss dregs you collect).

ah, i see. i was just wondering bc i saw on some of these pictures that the cat had more than 10 health, i suppose that just happens through the armor and such
