O Yan Do’ Ne is a large legendary moose players can hunt on the Vinland map. This legendary animal can be found in the area called Ioterio’tatteron:ke. This area is on the northern tip of the middle landmass of Vinland. When you reach this area you will see the large moose waiting. You can observe the beast from a distance or opt to go into the boss arena. When you do enter the arena the legendary moose will attack you so be ready to fight.

How to Defeat O Yan Do’ Ne

This legendary moose fights much like the other legendary antlered animals we’ve fought before. The main attack it uses is a charge and kick. Since Vinland strips you of your equipment you will want to trade for at least a weapon and a few pieces of armor before attempting this fight. As is the case with most solo legendary animal fights the key is dodging attacks and following up with your own punishment. If you are ranged try to hit the moose’s weak points to stagger it. Overall not a very hard fight to complete.

Rewards for Defeating O Yan Do’ Ne

Like other legendary animals you will receive a number of rewards for felling this creature. Upon defeat you will earn XP, +1 Vinland Mystery, and +59 Leather materials. Unlike other legendary animals you will not receive a head for defeating this animal. This creature does not count towards the Master Hunter achievement/trophy either.
