Official Destiny Rise of Iron Trailer is Here!
Yesterday, Bungie released Private Matches for their looter-shooter Destiny and now they have released a Rise of Iron trailer. The next DLC in the series is slated to launch on September 20th.
Within the Rise of Iron trailer, players will be ale to play a new cinematic story campaign, visit a new locale called “The Plaguelands”, hang at a brand new social space titled “Felwinter Peak”,a new six player Raid, and remastered three-player co-op Strikes.
Also include in the expansion is more ways to customize Guardians with new weapons and gear. Those who have pre-ordered Rise of Iron will receive the Iron Gjallarhorn rocket launcher as a special bonus.
The trailer set the stage by taking players back before the time of Guardians. Instead of Guardians, there existed only Iron Lords. During this time, an ancient plague threatened mankind, so Iron Lords sacrificed everything to get rid of the plague. With only one Iron Lord alive, the plague has returned. Players are asked, “Guardian, will you rise to this fight… and stand where the Iron Lords fell?” Now it is up to the Guardians to save humanity once more.
