Outskirts of Maye Guide – Vigil: The Longest Night
Leaving Maye Town through the right exit will take you to an area called the Outskirts of Maye. In this short area you will encounter a couple of NPCs and an item. To complete this area we’ve put together this Vigil: The Longest Night Outskirts of Maye guide. Use it to learn where to go and where to find the item and NPCs.
Meeting the Addict
From the entrance head to the right until you reach the entrance to the Church Plaza. At this entrance you will encounter an NPC known as the Addict. Speak to the Addict to learn the professor was being followed by someone. This starts the Addict side quest.
Reaching the Village
If you feel like it you can enter the Church Plaza now and speak to the NPCs there, but there isn’t really a point at this time. Instead head right of the Addict and follow the path until you reach a section going up and down.
- Upper Path: Jump up to the upper path first to reach NPC Isabella. Speak to her to get the information about Bruna missing. Jump up to the ledge behind her to get a Small Shimmer Stone.
- Lower Path: Once you are done on the upper path make your way to the path below to find the Owl Statue. Save and head to the right to reach the village.
That’s pretty much it for this area for now. As I mentioned above the area is fairly short and somewhat of a pass through for reaching either the Church Plaza and Village. With that said grabbing the small shimmer stone along the way in this area is a nice little plus you can use at the Smithy to improve weapon damage or armor.
