POI Costume Locations Guide

POI, the indie platformer from Polykid is a fun little throwback to games of the 90’s. A simpler time, when simply playing games was all one had to care about. Like other games in the past, POI has a bunch of costumes which will change the way your character looks. These costumes are spread out around the worlds and can be unlocked. Here is Hold to Reset’s  POI costume locations guide.

Explorer Costume

This is the costume you start with.

Master Explorer Costume

This is unlocked while advancing further in the game. I am not 100% certain as to what the criteria is for this but it unlocked after I had purchased all tools (let me know in the comments).

Green Costume: Cozy Canyon

Located in Cozy Canyon, the green costume can be found by swimming underneath the water wheel.

Mime Costume: Magma Mountain

From the start, make your way to the ruins. Look for the tree beside the ruins wall and you will find the Mime Costume.

Zombie Costume: Sinking Sands

Make your way to Sinking Sands to collect the Zombie Costume. Look for the water tower in the picture and on top you will find the costume.

Silver Costume: Crystal Cavern

Choose the Pit medallion quest in order to get access to the costume. Head into the pit (not our comments section) and look for a red crystal near a dead end. This is the Silver Costume.

Blue Costume: Snowland

The Blue Outfit is located on the Snowland Island level. Snowland island has two levels you can access via portals. The outfit is located on the level with the gondola. Look for the igloo and in the doorway is the Blue Costume.

Gold Costume

The Gold Costume is the final costume you get in POI. In order to unlock this costume, you will need to collect all 101 Medallions in the game. After you collect 100, the explorer will give you the final medallion and will build a statue in your honor. On the statue island is the Gold Costume.
