The End is Nigh All Tumors and Mega Tumors Guide
The Machine 11: 1 Tumor
Strategy: Make your way to the middle platform in this room. Stand on id and wait for it to disappear. As you fall towards the spikes, grab the tumor and aim for the safe platform at the beginning of the level.
The Machine 12: 1 Tumor
Strategy: Use the conveyors in this room to reach the tumor. You need to quickly drop once the tumor is grabbed or else you die.
The Machine 13: 1 Tumor
Strategy: Enter The Machine 13 from the right exit. Drop onto the rising block and ledge grab the left side. Wait for the tumor to be close to you and ledge jump to grab it.
The Machine 14: 1 Tumor
Strategy: Speed is pretty much the strategy here. Time your jump so that you avoid the bullets and grab the tumor.
The Machine 15: 1 Tumor
Strategy: Dodge the spikes as the come towards you. Jump over the spike directly under the conveyor and immediately run to grab the tumor. You need to be quick here as the window is incredibly short.
The Machine 16: 1 Tumor
Strategy: Make your way to the hooks in the middle of the moving room. Use the hooks to grab the tumor.
The Machine 17: 1 Tumor
Strategy: Run past the spikes as they drop. Trigger either the third or fourth one and jump on top of it. Ride it up and jump to collect the tumor.
The Machine 18: 1 Tumor
Strategy: The chomps in this room move in a counterclockwise fashion. Wait for the gap between them and head to the conveyor. Use the conveyor to access the tumor.
The Machine 19: 1 Tumor
Strategy: NO TUMOR
The Machine 20: 1 Tumor
Strategy: Drop down to the middle platform and immediately run to the conveyor on the right wall. Ride it up and jump to grab the tumor.
The Machine 21: 1 Tumor + 2 Mega Tumors
Strategy: When you jump on the second disappearing block, the tumor appears jump to the third block and then back to the second to grab it in time.
Mega Tumor: There are two Mega Tumors to grab inside the Machine 21. To get to the Mega Tumor locations, drop down the hole near the left starting platform. Inside you will have the choice of going either left or right. Left takes you to a room with the Mega Tumor behind a locked door and a bunch of springs and switches. Right takes you to a room with disappearing and reappearing conveyor belts.
The Machine 22: 2 Mega Tumors
Mega Tumor: Use the switch in the middle of The Machine 22 to trigger a gravity lift on the left platform. Head up and go right into the gravity lift with the guns. Inside this room you can decide where to go. Taking the gravlift up takes you to a Mega Tumor while smashing through the breakable wall on the right does as well.
Il you lose all your tumors, it’s Game Over. And you start again the world
What happens if you get out of tumors on the second portion?
Do you mean The Future? Essentially they act as lives, so if I die on Anguish 15 and use up all my tumors, I start the world again at Anguish 1.
