 The End 11: 1 Tumor

Collect: Tumor 11 appears after after about mid way through the level and essentially falls from the sky on the left side of the middle island. To collect this tumor, start the level from the right side (backward) and it is easy to collect.

The End 12: 1 Tumor + 1 Mega Tumor

Tumor Collect: The name of the game here is speed. You need to make it all the way to the hooks before the platforms collapse. This is easily doable but will probably take a few tries. Once on the hook, simply jump and collect the tumor.

Mega Tumor Collect: Near the Tumor is a hook leading up. Use the hook to reach a secret room above you.

The End 13: 1 Tumor + 2 Mega Tumors

Tumor Collect: Break the breakable block and as you fall, swoop to the left to grab the tumor. Land on the lower platform.

Mega Tumor #1: Drop down the middle hole on the bottom of The End 13.

Mega Tumor #2: From the Right Entrance, trigger the collapse and use the collapsing ceiling to climb up.

The End 14: 1 Tumor + 1 Mega Tumor

Collect: Tumor 14 is hidden behind a walls that can only be accessed by pulling down the hooks. Head to the read square and continue pulling down the hooks until the tumor appears.

Mega Tumor Collect: In every world, there is a locked door. This door needs a key to be opened. In order to open these doors, you need to make it all the way to The Machine where there is a spare key you can find. Open the locked door and prepare for a bit of a challenging section ahead. Once the platforming is complete, there is a key as well as a Mega Tumor to grab.

The End 15: 1 Tumor

Collect: From the left starting platform, look below for a block that falls down. Jump on the block and use it like an elevator all the way down the left wall. Jump right and grab the Tumor. Continue through the tunnel and jump to the hook.

The End 16: 1 Tumor

Collect: This is another situation where speed is the main challenge. You need to reach the tumor in time, before the spikes crush you.

The End 17: 1 Tumor

Collect: Tumor 17 triggers as soon as you enter the level. You won’t reach it from the left entrance, but can snag it by running the level backwards. All you need to do is a quick run and jump.

The End 18: 1 Tumor

Collect: To collect Tumor 18, use a few of the breakable blocks to jump and collect then use the hook to jump back. Be cautious in your block usage, as you still need blocks to finish the level.

The End 19: 1 Tumor

Collect: The next couple of tumors are a bit of a pain to grab. Tumor 19 involves timing the collapse of the two breakable platforms while jumping to the right. There’s not much else to it, but it will probably take you a good few tries.

The End 20: 1 Tumor

Collect: Like 19, Tumor 20 is also a pain. You basically want to trigger the falling platforms, double back to the start and then use the platforms to access a hidden room in the upper portion of the screen.
