Overflow 11: 1 Tumor + 1 Mega Tumor

Tumor Collect: You may have noticed that this tumor appears out of reach when you first access Overflow 11. All you need to do is run level backwards to get a platform to appear. That’s pretty neat!

Mega Tumor Collect: On the lower wall on the right side of Overflow 11 is a secret entrance. Enter here and you will see the Mega Tumor at the end of a long – ish hallway.

Overflow 12: 1 Tumor

Collect: To trigger the secret passageway to the tumor, head to the left box. From here, zig zag your way to the tumor.

Overflow 13: 1 Tumor

Collect: Like Overflow 11, all you need to do here is run the level backwards to gain access to the tumor.

Overflow 14: 1 Tumor + 1 Mega Tumor

Tumor Collect: Speed is the major factor here. You need to move fast enough to make your way through the poison clouds. When you jump for the tumor, aim to land on the lower platform out of the poison cloud.

Mega Tumor Collect: So my hunch about the locked doors being extra hard is proving correct. Only 3 worlds in and already we are seeing a spike in difficulty. This Mega Tumor collection involves traversing 3 rooms. Each room centers around poison water and moving spikes. Good luck.

Overflow 15: 1 Tumor

Collect: To collect this tumor, start Overflow 15 from Overflow 16. Wait for the Koffing to complete its vertical movement cycle and then dive down to collect.

Overflow 16: 1 Tumor

Collect: All you need to do here is time your bounce so the Koffing is lined up directly below the tumor. Do this and profit.

Overflow 17: 1 Tumor

Collect: Overflow 17’s tumor isn’t hard to get per se, it’s  just a pain grabbing. Follow the path on the picture and things should be okay. After grabbing the tumor you basically free fall. I aim for inside the lower pillar, but you may want to try grabbing the low hook.

Overflow 18: 1 Tumor + 1 Mega Tumor

Tumor Collect: Overflow 18, the level I hate. Basically, you need to use the Skullfrogs to reach the upper platforms. Once there, you need to quickly make your way up to the tumor (seriously, the moment you reach the lower of the two top left platforms, the tumor begins to float up and away).

Mega Tumor Collect: To access this Mega Tumor, you need to go through Overflow 18. Once on the upper platform on the far left, jump off into the left screen. This will take you to the hidden room with the Mega Tumor inside. Jump on the Koffing looking enemies to get to the Mega Tumor.

Overflow 19: 1 Tumor

Collect: The tumor in Overflow 19 does not appear until the poison cloud begins moving. How you grab the tumor is pretty much up to you, but I used the top hooks to do so.

Overflow 20: 1 Tumor

Collect: Overflow 20 is a nice and easy tumor to collect. Follow the drawn out path and you will grab this tumor easily.
