The Hollows 1: 1 Tumor

Strategy: You can grab this tumor multiple ways. Jump down and collect it on the way or ledge jump to grab it. Alternatively, the easiest way is shown in the picture above.


The Hollows 2: 1 Tumor

Strategy: Jump to the hook then jump into a wall hang.


The Hollows 3: 1 Tumor + 1 Mega Tumor

Strategy: When you jump to grab to ground pound, jump further than you normally would to grab the tumor.

 

Mega Tumor Strategy: To collect this mega tumor, drop to the breakable floor below. Jump from the ledge to wall smash through the breakable wall. Use the skull in the secret room to jump to the Mega Tumor.


The Hollows 4: 1 Tumor + 1 Mega Tumor

Strategy: Wait for the glowing skull to pass under the tumor. Drop down and grab the tumor while landing on the skull.

 

Mega Tumor Strategy: To access this Mega Tumor, head to the Hollows 4. Here there is a secret entrance on the upper platform. Head inside and follow the glowing blue light to make it to the Mega Tumor.


The Hollows 5: 1 Tumor

Strategy: Use the skulls to bounce over to the hooks on the right side. Using the hooks, quickly make your way to the hook in the upper left corner. Here you will find the tumor.


The Hollows 6: 1 Tumor

Strategy: Enter The Hollows 6 from the exit (left). The door blocking the tumor will open. Use the illuminating skulls to bounce over and collect the tumor.


The Hollows 7: 1 Tumor

Strategy: Use the hooks to jump to the nook in the wall. Jump from the nook to the tumor.


The Hollows 8: 1 Tumor

Strategy: Speed is the really factor here. As soon as you start the room begin to head towards the second row. If you are too slow, the tumor falls out of reach. You can also try grabbing this tumor backwards if you have trouble doing the full run.


The Hollows 9: 1 Tumor

Strategy: Bounce of the illuminated skulls and grab the upper hook (do not grab the lower one). Jump from the top over to the tumor.


The Hollows 10: 1 Tumor

Strategy: Baby jump between two close spikes. This jump is a pain!


The Hollows 11: 1 Tumor + 1 Mega Tumor

Strategy: Make your way to the hooks on the right column. Jump from the top hook over to the hook/tumor to the left.

 

Mega Tumor Strategy: Enter The Hollows 11 from the back. Jump into the poison and head down. Inside the next room, swim over to the Mega Tumor on the far right side.


The Hollows 12: 1 Tumor + 1 Mega Tumor

Strategy: Dive through the poison and ledge jump up to the tumor.

 

Mega Tumor Strategy: To access this Mega Tumor you need to have grabbed a key. Use the key to unlock the locked door in The Hollows 12. Head inside and make your way to the secret room. Swim through the poison and grab the Mega Tumor.


The Hollows 13: 1 Tumor

Strategy: Jump and ground pound your way to the tumor. Upon collection, immediately swim to the exit (time is limited). You could also trying running the room in reverse.


The Hollows 14: 1 Tumor

Strategy: Jump over the three pillars and then jump onto the hooks. Use the hooks to access the floating platform with hooks. Jump from this platform to the tumor.

 

Mega Tumor Strategy: Make your way to the top The Hollows 14 and jump up to the secret room above. Inside this room, break through the breakable wall to reach the Mega Tumor.


The Hollows 15: 1 Tumor

Strategy: Jump out and ground pound the upper two breakable floors. Land on the third and jump over to the tumor. Once the tumor is collected, and exit appears.

    Il you lose all your tumors, it’s Game Over. And you start again the world

    What happens if you get out of tumors on the second portion?

      Do you mean The Future? Essentially they act as lives, so if I die on Anguish 15 and use up all my tumors, I start the world again at Anguish 1.
