The Last of Us 2: Packing Up Collectibles Guide

After some intense story beats you will regain control of Ellie as she is preparing to leave Jackson. This level called Packing Up sees you enter Joel’s house to get a few items before departing. Like other levels in The Last of Us Part II there are a few collectibles you can grab during this mission. To help you get them all here’s our The Last of Us Part II Packing Up collectibles guide.

Journal Entry 1 Location

The first journal entry can be found in the kitchen of Joel’s house. The kitchen is accessible by entering Joel’s house and walking to the end of the ground floor hallway and taking a left. Once inside the kitchen pick up the owl mug and rotate it until the majority of the owl is in the light. When done correctly Ellie will give an audible ‘Hmmm’ and will put an entry into her journal when you exit (1/2).

Journal Entry 2 Location

From the kitchen head back into the hallway and go up the stairs to the next floor. Entry the closest room first and head over to the guitar on the desk next to the window. Interact with the guitar to get the second journal entry (2/2) for the Packing Up level.

Joel’s Watch Location

The last collectible to grab during this level is Joel’s Watch. This collectible can be found on Joel’s bed in his bedroom. To get to this room leave the workshop and head down the hallway past the bathroom. Go into the room at the end and turn to your left to view his bed and the box with Joel’s Watch (1/1) in it.
