Central Production B Walkthrough – The Surge
Recycling
Recycling is the next area to explore after making your way through the Conveyor Hub. This area is pretty short and simple to get through. The goal for us in Recycling is to make our way to Toxic Waste Disposal area to fight our second boss, LU – 74 “Firebug”.
Bridge Control
Inside Recycling, head along the hall until you reach the large recycling room with 2 Smelter Machines inside. Don’t go down into the room. Instead take a right and access the EXO – LIft to the higher level. Head towards the bridge here and take out the Lynx RIG if necessary. Cross the bridge and you will come to two doors.
Open the far door first to access a shortcut back to the shortcut we unlocked earlier. After the shortcut is unlocked, open the other door and head inside the Control Room. Inside the Control Room are two enemies. Take out both enemies and access both the Bridge Control terminal and the Door Control terminal (on opposite wall). Once both of these are activated, exit the room and head back to the EXO – Lift. Head down into the room. On the far opposite corner is a door you want to go through.
Another Room, Another Shortcut
In the next room, make your way to the staircase leading up along the right side of the room. Deal with the enemies up here and take a right. Look for a door that can be activated. This opens another shortcut back to the shortcut in the Conveyor Hub area. Once the shortcut is opened, head back down the stairs and go left down the stairs by the orange thing in picture 4. Head down the stairs into the next room.
In the next room there are multiple enemies. There is a door here that we need to open. To do this, we need to Overcharge the Power Circuit in the middle of the room on the platform. Dispatch the enemies and Overcharge the Power Circuit. Open the door and head inside Toxic Waste Disposal.
Toxic Waste Disposal is the next area you will explore in Central Planning B. This area houses a bunch of enemies and the area boss. The area is explored on the next page.
