Central Production B Walkthrough – The Surge

Toxic Waste Disposal

Toxic Waste Disposal is a pretty much straight shot to the the boss. There are a few shortcuts along the way you may want to snag. Which I’ll highlight here for you.

Shortcut 1 – Make your way into Toxic Waste Disposal until you come across a Liquidator RIG hiding behind a large crate. Look for a sign and a staircase nearby that leads to a Power Circuit and an elevator back to Material Depot.

Shortcut 2 – Before the boss arena, there is a locked door on top of the ramp. This locked door can be opened by Overcharging the Power Circuit found about halfway on the ramp down. Once the door is open, head inside and open the door to the cage. This gives you a shortcut back to Recycling.

Toxic Waste Decontamination: Boss – LU – 74 “Firebug”

Central Production B Walkthrough

The second boss you will face in The Surge, is LU – 74 “Firebug”. This boss is pretty annoying. Not because it’s hard, but because the lock on camera is pretty atrocious. What you want to do for the first phase of the fight is sever three limbs. This will trigger the second phase. Both phases require simply keeping your distance and attacking when there is an opening. The really deadly attack is the body slam or the flamethrower, so be vigilant about those. Severing all the limbs, unlocks a better version of the boss weapon, so consider doing that if you want.

Where to now?

After you kill LU – 74 “Firebug” use the EXO – Lift in the arena to enter the Maintenance Tunnels. Follow the tunnel until you reach a the second picture. Hang a right and walk until you reach the CREO tram. This Tram will take you to the next area, Resolve Biolabs.

This concludes our Central Production B walkthrough. While not entirely comprehensive, I attempted to highlight all the major areas in Central Production B. I you have any questions, post them in the Pit.
