Where to Find all Wetland Habitat Animals
The Wetland Habitat collection for the Naturalist role features 13 varying types of wetland animals to find. These animals can typically be found in wetland locations across the frontier (like Bluewater Marsh). The majority of the wetland animals listed above are easy to find and sample. With that said both the panthers and the water snakes are a bit of a pain to find and collect. For the panthers when you enter areas they can spawn you want to be as alert as possible since they can kill you fairly easily. For the water snakes you need to keep your eyes peeled in the water for them floating around. When you do spot one you want to swim a wide circle around them so you can get them head into the shallow sections of the shore. This makes it easier to get a sample from them since they will sink to the bottom in deeper areas if sedated.
How to Turn in the Wetland Habitat Category
Remember when you encounter any of the wetland animals you want to shoot them with the sedative ammo from your Varmint Rifle (buy from Harriet or create yourself). Once an animal is sedated approach it and collect a sample. Take the sample you’ve collected and sell it to Harriet. Upon collecting and selling all the samples of the animals listed above you will complete the set.
Once this set is completed you can turn it in for $110.00 and 1000 XP. To do this access Progress > Roles > Hover on Naturalist > Animal Field Guide > Hover on Wetland Habitats > Trade In. Once the category has been turned in your progress will reset allowing you to complete the set again for more money and XP.
