When Does the Final Fantasy 7 Remake End
The Final Fantasy 7 remake is made a little differently than the other remakes players have been used to getting of late. Unlike other remakes, Final Fantasy 7 is being split into parts which will release as they are made until the game is complete. So far we know there will be at least three parts to the remake (with the possibility of there being more). Since the game is split into episodes you may be wondering when does the Final Fantasy 7 remake end? Continue reading below for the answer.
In the first portion (April 10th release) of the Final Fantasy 7 remake players play-through the Midgar section of the original game. There is nothing in the game beyond the iron city. This means you play the two Mako reactors, the slums, Wall Market, and the Shinra HQ building. Alongside these original locales there are a number of new additions made in the remake including two new bosses and an expanded storyline.
Overall playing through the first episode of the Final Fantasy 7 remake will take players anywhere from 30 – 40 hours. Upon completion of the final boss the party escapes Midgar. This ends the first episode of the Final Fantasy 7 remake. This ending means the upcoming episode will likely feature Kalm, Fort Condor, Junon Harbour, the glittering domes of the Gold Sauce, and whatever new story content Square Enix feels like adding.
