Where to Find the Special Move Tutor in Hammerlocke?
The first location you can find the Special Move Tutor is in Hammerlocke. To find the move tutor head left immediately when you enter the city. Follow the road until you cross the wooden drawbridge next to the Poke Center. Continue heading left to the next drawbridge. Don’t cross this bridge, instead head along the grass pathway next to the kid in red hoodie NPC. This grass path leads to stone steps that go down. Go down the stairs to reach the Special Move Tutor. He will teach your starter the attack Grass Pledge, Fire Pledge, or Water Pledge if you have a high enough friendship with it.
Where to Find the Special Move Tutor in Circhester?
The second location you will find the Special Move Tutor is in Circhester. In Circhester make your way to the Circhester Bath building in the middle of the town (large hot springs). Inside this building make your way to the left side of the large bath to find the Special Move Tutor. This Special Move Tutor teaches Dragon-type Pokemon the move called Draco Meteor.
Where to Find the Special Move Tutor in Wyndon?
The final location you will find the Special Move Tutor is in the city of Wyndon. From the Poke Center spawn make your way to the right until you reach the road heading up with the rows of houses to your left. Go up the road until you reach the second entrance to the park on your right. Go in this entrance and head into the park to reach the Special Move Tutor. This move tutor teaches Blast Burn, Frenzy Plant, or Hydro Cannon to your fully evolved starter Pokemon.
