The Binding of Isaac Afterbirth Plus Bosses
The Binding of Isaac Afterbirth Plus has been out since January 3rd and there are a few new bosses to fight. These bosses range from simple designs to more complex ones, but all of them add a fresh set of challenges to face. Below is our list of The Binding of Isaac Afterbirth Plus bosses.
Rag Mega
Rag Mega is the new Mega variant of the Rag Man boss.
Base HP: 110
Location: Chapter 2 – CAVES
Big Horn
Big Horn is the new variant form of Little Horn.
Base HP: 480
Location: Chapter 2 – CAVES and CATACOMBS
Sisters Vis
Sisters Vis are a new variant form of the Cage.
Base HP: 500
Location: Chapter 3 – DEPTHS and NECROPOLIS
Delirium

Delirium is a new boss that takes on the shape of other bosses from throughout the game.
Base HP: 10000
Location: Chapter 4 – THE VOID (new area)
Ultra Greedier

Ultra Greedier is the second phase of Greed in the Greedier Game mode. The boss takes on the appearance of the gold statue you see when completing Greed Mode.
Base HP: 2500
Location: Last Room in Greedier Mode
In total there are about 5 new bosses (really only 1 if you don’t count the mega/variant versions) in The Binding of Isaac Afterbirth Plus. Each boss is slightly harder than previous forms and should be approached with caution. Delirium and Ultra Greedier are especially difficult and represent the really hard content of Isaac. After a few tries, you will get the hang of the new patterns and be good to go!
